Thanks to our long and proven experience in the tube & pipe production and finishing industry, SRET offers a full range of packaging machines for square, rectangular, hexagonal bundles. Our packaging lines provide high production speed, full automation of production process, high product quality, and optimum safety standards for the operators involved.

The stacking could be realized by either Forklift Arm or Magchuck mechanism. For the palletizer equipped with forklift arm, it completes the collection, transportation and stacking of the tubes automatically. It is capable of handling various load types (round, square and rectangular) with adjustable fork spacing automatically and stacking the tubes in predefined pattens layer by layer precisely, resulting with lower labor intensity, full-line automation and higher production efficiency.

For the palletizer equipped with magnetic chuck, the layer transferring and stacking are completed via disk cantilever where electronically controlled permanent magnetic chuck located. The Machine can eliminate the impact and knocking noise of tubes, avoid scratches and bruises, improve product quality, reduce production costs, and eliminate the potential safety hazards.

SRET also integrates a new automatic strapping machine into our packing line to further automate the bundling process of pipes, tubes, and profiles of various sizes.  Automatic strapping securely binds pipes with straps for transportation, storage or palletizing. Strapping tension is adjustable according to requirements. One bundle is strapped for two or three places depending on the length.

Upon customer’s choice, SRET tube packaging line can be designed to be stand-alone (off line) or on-line, fully automatic or semi-automatic. The packaging line can include stacking, strapping, bundle leaning, bundle transfer, conveyor, weighing, labeling, and final storage area.
