The central electrical control and drive system is to provide the automation controlling and communicating features essentially to operate the entire tube mill, including the equipment from entry section, forming, welding, sizing to packing.
It works to provide power and control the rotating speed, torque and synchronization for forming & sizing sections. The speed and position information recorded by encoder on the motor are transmitted to the computer system as pulse signals, and the control system sends signals to the motor, combining with reducer, accurately control the transmission shaft and reduce the speed. The transmission shaft drives the main rolling mill to rotate synchronously and stably, pulling the steel strip into the forming units.
